Cooked on Kodiak Island, Alaska (far side of island landed by float plane, before I left, called mom on how to make coffee & rice, the fishermen did not let me cook the salmon they caught, kodiak bears attacked my cook tent every night and I scared them away with a chain saw)

Lived & Worked in Kodiak, Alaska (sized scallops & gutted fish, slept in tent washed hair in library for the summer)

Cooked on Tortola, Virgin Islands (for teenagers this time, just needed to learn how to cook for a group of 30 & first & last time I could do 50 pull-ups on door jamb)
